Ok so our new album is released today, so I thought I'd give you all a massive thanks (fellow band members included!) for all the support, interest and comments etc we've had about it so far. I had a great time working with our producer Russ Russell, and I personally think we did a great job with this album. Hopefully you will agree...=0P

Of all the tracks, I think my favourite is either Metamorphosis, purely because its ridiculously epic, or Nosophorus, cos I can thrash my bollocks off to it whilst playing it. I dunno, its just a good track for me to let loose on and go nuts haha! Of course, the instrumental "Hundred Wrathful Deities" is a pure work of art - hats off to Ol for that one...

Of all the other track on there, the one we were the most unsure about was Devoid of Thought. There was a bit of a debate in the studio whether we were going to include it on the album, but in hindsight, I'm glad we did. What do you all think?

In other news - (god I sound like a newsreader) - I'm planning out some more tattoo designs for my left forearm - I'm hoping to go for some kind of incan/aztec/mayan thing, maybe the Aztec God of the Dead, which I've been doing some light research on. In reality I'm just trying to keep up with Matt's new Gustav Klimt arm.......

So, er, any budding tattooists who want a willing peice of meat to work on, get in touch, and we'll sort something out!

Just wanted to say a HUGE thankyou to Nestor at Tapout, he's just sorted me out with some awesome fight shorts and T shirts I can use as stagewear, and I'm proud to represent Tapout, both on-stage and off. Everyone knows I want to be a wrestler anyway so the gear really suits me hahaha!!!

Right, I'm going for lunch - lets see how many bacon sandwiches I can eat before 3pm.......
